Because every item is made specifically for you with your personalization details, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges.

That said, we stand behind everything we make. If your order arrives damaged, has a print defect, or we made an error on our end, reach out within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right — no hassle, no runaround.

Please note: We confirm your personalization details with you before we start making anything. Once you approve those details, the design is final. We're not responsible for errors in personalization that were confirmed by the customer.
