How long does it take to make my order?

Most orders are ready in 3–5 business days. During busy seasons (holidays, graduation, back-to-school), it may take a little longer. I'll always give you a heads up if there's a delay.

How do I add personalization?

There's a field on every product page that says "What would you like on this?" Type the name, date, message, or initials you want — spelled exactly the way you'd like them. Before I start making anything, I'll message you to confirm.

Can you rush my order?

Sometimes, yes. DM me on Instagram before placing your order and I'll let you know if I can accommodate it. Rush orders may have an additional fee.

Do you do bulk or event orders?

Yes — quinceañeras, weddings, school clubs, charity events, company gifts. DM me on Instagram with what you need (quantity, product, date needed) and I'll send you a quote. Lead times for bulk orders are longer than standard, so the sooner you reach out, the better.

Can I send my own design or photo?

Yes. After you place your order, I'll reach out to confirm details. That's when you can send your file. I accept PNG, JPG, and PDF files. For best results, high-resolution files work best.

What printing methods do you use?

I use sublimation for drinkware, hats, and certain hard goods. I use HTV (heat transfer vinyl) and DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfers for apparel and fabric items. The method depends on the product — either way, the result is sharp and durable.

Do you ship?

Yes, I ship anywhere in the US. Local pickup is also available in Avondale, AZ at no extra charge.

What's your return policy?

Because every item is made to order with your personalization, I can't accept returns or exchanges. But if something arrives damaged or there's a mistake on my end, reach out within 7 days and I'll make it right — no questions asked.

What if I made a typo in my personalization?

That's what the confirmation step is for. I message you before I start making anything, so you have one more chance to catch it. Once I confirm and start production, changes may not be possible.

Can I change my order after placing it?

If I haven't started production yet, yes. Message me as soon as possible on Instagram or through the contact form. Once production starts, changes usually aren't possible.
